54 Cases of Male Fertility Treated with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

A study in China was conducted on 54 males with sub fertility. 1-3 months of acupuncture treatments were given and a sperm analysis was carried out before and after treatment. 55.5% of patients successfully conceived with their partners during that period and 24% showed a significant improvement in sperm parameters. The best improvement in sperm analysis was seen in patients with abnormal sperm. [1]
